Did you order the wrong goods or receive too many of them? No problem! Return the items to us within 3 months from the delivery date.

Step 1: Pack the return securely and include the return label.
Please note the following points:
- The delivery must not have been more than 3 months ago.
- The goods must be in perfect condition, including unlabeled original packaging and without signs of wear.
- Excluded from returns are special items that were ordered specifically for you, ready-made items, items with a sample discount and discontinued items.
Step 2: Return shipping is at your own expense.
Step 3: We will process your return as quickly as possible. There is a processing fee of at least €20 or 20% of the value of the goods per return, whichever is higher.
Step 4: The refund will be in the form of a credit note.
